SREBRINA SHAWL
SREBRINA SHAWL
Srebrina is an ethereal triangular shawl which you will want to wrap around your shoulders. The gentle and delicate lace will enchant you. The name Srebrina is Slavic and comes from the word silver. It means a wish to the woman who bears the name to shine like a precious metal.
This shawl is worked flat from the top down, starting with a garter tab cast on that forms the center panel of the shawl, and increasing throughout the body of the shawl before finishing with a knit-on garter stitch border. The lace motifs are symmetrically arranged.
The pattern includes both written instructions and charts for more intuitive and quick following of the pattern. The shawl is designed in one size, but you can easily adjust the number of repetitions to make a shawl that best suits you and your yarn.
